Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Paazaa products, websites, APIs, and related services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Paazaa a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, violating law, infringing intellectual property rights, or using the Services to harm others.

Paid features are billed under your selected plan and Stripe checkout terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Paazaa may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, create legal risk, or threaten platform integrity or security.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paazaa disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paazaa and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paazaa’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to Paazaa in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify Paazaa from third-party claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
